We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. If you are passionate about providing meaningful care to patients, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Speech Language Pathologist will deliver exceptional, patient-centered services by designing and implementing tailored therapy programs for individuals with communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. As part of the healthcare team, the Speech Language Pathologist will conduct thorough patient evaluations and set appropriate treatment objectives. The role also involves educating patients, families, students, and fellow professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech and language capabilities through conversational interactions. Utilize standardized tests to evaluate communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and execute personalized therapy plans aimed at enhancing communication skills.
  • Regularly assess patient progress during therapy sessions and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, including notes, billing, discharge summaries, and communication records.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and medical team regarding patient assessments and placement decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current licensure from the relevant state board for Speech Language Pathology.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Preferred membership in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
