Job Overview

At Domino's Franchise, we are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Delivery Riders. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate store technology, including mobile devices and point-of-sale systems, to manage orders and communicate with customers.
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate the ability to ride an eBike safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
