Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with the Unit Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with the Unit Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Supervise and orient nursing personnel as needed
  • Assume leadership roles as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or valid Registered Nursing license in IA
  • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred
