Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company vehicle and equipment are maintained in clean and optimal working condition
  • Transport a company vehicle to client locations
  • Apply pesticides safely in accordance with company policies, label guidelines, and relevant laws
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
  • Communicate updates to clients effectively
  • Respond promptly to requests from clients and/or office staff
  • Support sales initiatives as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Background check, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screening are mandatory
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights
  • Comfortable working with stinging and/or biting pests
  • Capable of clearly documenting notes
  • Able to lift equipment, including backpacks, weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Must successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process
  • Preferred candidates will already possess a pest control service license in Tennessee, though training is available
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience is preferred
  • Good physical condition is necessary to meet the demands of fieldwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients as required
  • Must pass a criminal background check, with no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire for professional growth are essential, along with enthusiasm for contributing to a local operation.
