Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support mealtime activities, including feeding residents as necessary.
  • Aid residents with mobility, ensuring safe transfers and positioning.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions and vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents.
  • Perform additional duties as required to provide outstanding care to each resident.
Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide in the state of practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
