We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Allina Health Richfield. As a Clinical Assistant, you will provide support to providers and nursing staff in delivering timely and quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist providers with patient care and manage patient flow
- Obtain and document patient medical information and data
- Provide patient education and support on test preparation, medication administration, and treatment
- Coordinate test results and notify providers of abnormalities
- Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing refill information
- Perform injections and other clinical tasks as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program
- Two years of clinic LPN experience preferred
- LPN licensure in Minnesota or Wisconsin
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support certification
This is a medium work environment with occasional lifting of up to 32 pounds. The schedule is 8:30am-5pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
