Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and customers
  • Observe and survey the area to identify potential security risks and report any incidents or concerns
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, prioritizing the safety and security of clients and employees
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
  • State license required if applicable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 3-5 years of security experience
