Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at North Knoxville Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the medical-surgical, critical care, or emergency department units
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in hospital settings, preferably in medical-surgical, critical care, or emergency departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
