Job Summary

As a Director of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of one to four programs in a community. Your responsibilities will include managing direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program staff members including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
  • Making recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Implementing program planning; monitoring delivery of services and supports; ensuring services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to individuals served.
  • Being available on-call to support staff, finding coverage or covering shifts as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable. You will also require current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
