Job Summary

JLP Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Press Brake Specialist to join our team in Montclair, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake equipment to produce high-quality metal fabrications.
  • Select and install proper tooling based on material type and thickness to ensure accurate bends.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to understand production requirements.
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication and press brake operation.
  • Knowledge of bend allowance and deduction principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20-$38 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with opportunities for overtime.
