About the Role

Eclipse Advantage is seeking an experienced Onsite Supervisor to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. As a pivotal leader within our dedicated team, you will act as an extension of our client's HR team, helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce directly at our client's site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve hiring objectives by establishing recruiting requirements and developing a potential candidate pool.
  • Create recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and maintain the objectives of site recruitment strategy.
  • Manage and oversee employees, including auditing new hire paperwork, processing pre-employment screening, and entering new hire information into the HRIS and payroll system.
  • Develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives and maintain a visible presence among staff.
  • Maintain corporate and client guidelines and controls to ensure compliance in employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate with the Onsite Manager to maintain Eclipse IA's Corporate, and the Clients HR, safety and environmental programs.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed to help achieve the overall goals of the site.
Requirements
  • Bilingual language in either Spanish and English or Mandarin and English required.
  • 1 to 2 years Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Warehouse or production environment experience preferred.
