Job Opportunity: Aeration Technician

Got Lawn? Tree and Turf Care is seeking a skilled Aeration Technician to join our team in Alpharetta. As a key member of our lawn care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' lawns thrive through core aeration and soil health enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize specialized equipment to remove small plugs of soil, promoting essential nutrients, water, and oxygen to reach deep into the roots.
  • Collaborate with clients to educate them on the importance of core aeration and its benefits for their outdoor spaces.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
