Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee and monitor loss prevention and operational programs to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
