Key Responsibilities

  • Prescribe medications and order necessary tests and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective management of patient needs.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in peer-to-peer evaluations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
  • Current licensure as an APRN in the State of Illinois.
  • DEA certification to prescribe controlled medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of JCAHO and other relevant healthcare standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality patient care.
