Key Requirements:

• Must possess an active Florida NMLS license (not merely a registration).
• Must reside and conduct the majority of your business in Florida.
• Ability to close a minimum of 2-3 self-sourced loans each month.
• Must be a self-motivated individual comfortable with developing strong referral networks, including realtors, real estate investors, attorneys, and other potential sources of business.
• This role is designed for a proactive individual focused on generating business rather than simply processing orders.
