The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Director of the Latino Public Health Initiative. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of public health in our community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administrative and operational activities of the LPHI, engaging with faculty, staff, and leadership to advance Latino(a) or Latinx public health, and guiding research projects and community outreach activities that focus on timely issues relevant to Colorado's Latino(a) or Latinx population.

Preferred candidates will have a terminal degree in a field relevant to clinical medicine, academic public health, or a professional degree with a master's degree in a field relevant to academic public health, and at least 5 years of experience in public health activities, including demonstrated scholarly and practice activity in Latino(a) or Latinx health, social determinants of health, or similar field.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The University of Colorado provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.

This is an open rank position and could be categorized as Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, education, and research, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
