Caregiver Advocate

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with medication management and administer medications as needed.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to management.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and promote social interaction.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents, and ability to work in a team environment are keys to success.
• A High School diploma/GED is accepted and may be required per state regulations.
• In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• We offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable). The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per year.
