Job Title: Weld Systems Process Engineer Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing process department staff and ensuring the successful execution of weld systems and related secondary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise process department staff to ensure efficient and effective execution of weld systems and related secondary equipment.
  • Develop and implement process validation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to process department staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical design and process engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of process engineers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
