Physical Therapist Assistant

Ergo Solutions is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health care team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans and providing exercise instruction and patient education to improve patient outcomes.
- You will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for observing, recording, and reporting patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist, nurse, and physician.
- You will also instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and provide education on patient care and safety.
- Current licensure, registration, or certification to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
