Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional member experience by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that our members receive the best fitness experience possible.
  • Team Member Experience: Hire, train, and schedule all gym-level staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide an exceptional member experience.
  • Gym Management: Oversee the operations of the gym, including managing inventory, assets, and facilities maintenance, ensuring that our gym is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the fitness industry, preferably with a gym management background.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, and a strong understanding of fitness industry operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, fitness, or a related field.
