We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Bluebird Hunter Lodge. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests. • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
• Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen safety and food storage requirements, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food storage requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
