Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the Progressive Care Unit. As a PCU nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with compromised airways, controlled infusion of antiarrhythmic or vasoactive IV drug therapy, acute poisoning, and other complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications and take appropriate action.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in critical care or progressive care nursing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time).
- Differentials - evenings $3.00, nights $4.00 and weekends $3.25.
- Up to $9,200 in relocation assistance.
