Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for school-age students in a near Costa Mesa, CA location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs
- Communicate with parents and school staff to ensure effective collaboration and progress monitoring
- Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
- Active or pending state OT license
- OT DOE certification
- Previous school/IEP experience preferred but not required
