Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Train and onboard new cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Site Audits and Quality Control: Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards, ensuring that all facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Client and Employee Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Shift Coverage and Scheduling: Provide coverage for call-offs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types, including medical, education, industrial, office, warehousing, and government facilities.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a comprehensive background check, and flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Travel: Ability to travel between different job sites as required, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
