We're on the hunt for charismatic Game Ambassadors to join our Dave & Buster's crew As a Game Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring every guest has an amazing time in the Midway.

About the Role:

• Ensure guests have a fantastic experience by providing top-notch support and guidance
• Manage game inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy Midway area
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues to foster a positive work environment
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and new attractions
• Proactively address guest complaints and concerns

Your Next Challenge:

• Minimum age requirement: 16
• Friendly demeanor and passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the facility
