Sales Representative

Kingline Equipment Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at our Summerdale, Alabama location. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling a variety of agricultural, commercial, and consumer products, including tractors, construction equipment, implements, and lawn equipment.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment offered for sale by the dealership, including machinery operations and customer instruction.
• Sales Process Management: Independently manage the sales process for each sales opportunity, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Field Demonstrations and Events: Conduct field demos and events to showcase products and build relationships with customers.
• Financing Options: Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Customer Education and Delivery: Manage customer education and delivery of equipment sold, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Equipment Lot Maintenance: Maintain the new and used equipment lot, indoor display area, and keep display voids filled with replacement products.
• Customer Service: Handle and assist all customers when in the store, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Market Research: Monitor competitive activity and products, reporting to management accordingly.
• Sales Management: Maintain all customer information for sales management, including sales reports and customer interactions.
• Training and Development: Attend ongoing training as required by Kingline Equipment Inc.

• Experience: At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or construction equipment industry.
• Social Media and Online Leads: Knowledge of social media and responding to online leads.
• Computer Skills: Ability to use standard desktop applications and learn industry-specific computer programs and applications.
• Customer Relationship Skills: Excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to sit and work on a computer, as well as bend, twist, lift, and stand for periods of time.
