We are seeking a skilled Senior Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities throughout the area.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
  • Home Visits: Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Patient Education: Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NC.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
