Job Summary

Chimes is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and direct care services to our Family-Based program. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline and at least two years of experience in the field, including one year of supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine, quality clinical supervision and consultation to program staff
  • Orient new program staff to agency policies and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and licensure/regulatory/contractual demands
  • Complete all personally required trainings as per Professional Development Plan or contractual requirements
  • Maintain professional licensure and specialized certification in the designated state(s)
  • Provide quality clinical service delivery and support the program in remaining in full compliance with licensure standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline
  • Two years post-degree experience in the behavioral health field
  • One year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training
  • Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred
