Job Title: Registered Nurse-Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse-Labor and Delivery to join our team at TotalMed for a travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery environment. As a Registered Nurse-Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as needed
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Oklahoma
  • At least 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
