About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Associate to join our team at Beef 'O' Brady's in Mobile. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment preparing high-quality food for our customers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping and cooking Beef's food items according to recipe specifications, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, and adhering to food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of vegetables, proteins, and sauces for use in recipes
  • Maintaining food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
  • Completing tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Minimum age 16 or older (based on applicable state & local requirements)
  • Able to work weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to read recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
  • Able to handle knives and other kitchen utensils competently
  • Able to operate kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Estimated Salary

$12-$15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
