Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about engaging with children through singing, dancing, and storytelling. If you have prior teaching experience or are pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, we encourage you to explore how we support our educators in their professional journeys. Responsibilities of the Early Childhood Educator:
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday.
  • Oversee and manage daily classroom activities.
  • Adhere to all regulations regarding the health, safety, and care of children.
  • Facilitate communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Qualifications:
  • Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality are essential.
  • Preferably possess or be in the process of obtaining NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
  • Experience in an accredited early childhood setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
