About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Section Tender to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort's outdoor spaces are meticulously maintained and visually stunning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks as assigned by the Landscape Manager and Field Supervisors, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Report to assigned projects on time and notify the company of any absences or delays.
• Maintain the quality standards and design intent of projects, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests.
• Observe and adhere to all project safety practices, using provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any injuries or occupational-related illnesses to the Landscape Manager.
• Develop and apply knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including general cleaning, pruning, weed control, watering, and pest management.
• Learn and identify the common names of plants within the project.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team dynamic, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Required to obtain a Driver's Abstract when working in roles that may require driving a vehicle.
• Weekend availability required.
