Behavior Therapist

Join our team at Verbal Beginnings, a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, as a Behavior Technician. We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to work with children diagnosed with autism.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills
• Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborating with the clinical supervisor to ensure effective treatment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 6+ months experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
