Primary Care Physician for Multispecialty Practice in Manhattan

A primary care physician is needed to join the Mount Sinai Health System's thriving multispecialty practice in Uptown Manhattan, NY. This role will involve working with a highly collaborative team to provide quality care to patients of all ages.
About the Role
The chosen candidate will become part of a primary care team on the Upper East Side, offering primary care to children and adults, as well as prenatal care and various other specialties. The ideal candidate should have experience in Family Medicine and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the primary care team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Lead Mount Sinai Population Health initiatives
- Serve a diverse population and live in a vibrant neighborhood with cultural activities nearby
Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Some experience preferred
