Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Trilogy Management Services LLC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services.
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care post-discharge.
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking corrective action as needed.

Travel Requirements:
  • Regional Travel: up to 2 hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
  • Full Travel: across the Company's footprint (IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY), where license or certification is applicable.
