A competitive salary, ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, is being offered for this position in the Upper Midwest.
About Us:
Gpac is collaborating with a well-established earth moving heavy equipment company seeking an experienced Branch Manager. This family-owned and operated business prioritizes swift and accurate solutions to customers' problems.
This senior leadership role will oversee 12 employees and report directly to the president, requiring a leader who can motivate and guide the team effectively. Ideal candidates possess exceptional customer service, sales experience, and a strong business acumen.
Branch Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and monitors effective department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Led efforts in achieving department goals and managing budgets.
- Cultivates new business opportunities through promotional programs, customer visits, and networking.
- Ensures timely submission of warranty paperwork and claims.
- Fosters growth, sales, and business development mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with earth moving equipment is preferred, with Bobcat experience being mandatory.
- A technical school certificate or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a service department, working as a technician, is necessary.
- Previous management experience is essential.
- The ability to lead and manage employees effectively.
- Solid understanding of parts and machinery knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, manipulate, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Exposure to dust, fumes, gases, and chemicals.
- Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
- Requires good manual dexterity.
