Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct health assessments and provide general nursing care to patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Current LPN license issued within the US
- At least one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid and current CPR certification
- Proficiency in the English language
