Job Description

">

We are seeking a highly skilled technician to provide technical support to production personnel for manual and automated production processes. This role involves troubleshooting process and equipment problems, making adjustments or repairs as necessary, and providing instructional training to production personnel on equipment and processes.

">

You will be responsible for performing engineering tests and process validations, compiling and organizing data to support the generation of engineering test and validation reports. Additionally, you will collect and analyze process yield data, inspect and dispose of production parts according to required documentation, and perform preventive maintenance activities.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or equivalent specialized training. A minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience is also required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the job, including the ability to set up and operate specialized automated/manual manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated ability to use common hand tools and troubleshooting devices such as a multi-meter.
