About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Parker. As a Per Diem Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing imaging procedures with sensitivity to patient needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provides quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments.
  • Performs high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining safety and reducing personal and patient exposure to radiation.
  • Follows standards of safe radiation practice and demonstrates leadership abilities.
  • Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year imaging experience.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology.
  • One of the following advanced certifications: ARRT(MR); ARDMS RDCS RVT; ARDMS RCS RVT; ARDMS RDMS RVT; ARRT RT(S) RT(S)(VS); ARRT(N); NMTCB.
  • One additional modality certification (for a total of 3 certifications in radiology).
  • BLS.
