Job Summary

Central Processing Corporation is seeking a skilled Flatbed Driver to transport goods from one point to another by driving a tractor with a flatbed trailer. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport goods safely and efficiently, adhering to DOT regulations
  • Secure loads prior to transport, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections on equipment
  • Unload transported material using approved methods
  • Ensure cleanliness and good operating condition of assigned tractor
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Work Environment

The Flatbed Driver will work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, and will be exposed to moving machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a noisy environment and will be physically able to perform the duties of the job.

Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 2 years Class A driving experience
  • Experience as a construction worker, equipment operator, forklift operator, skilled laborer, or general laborer is preferred
