About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nocturnist to join our team at HCA Florida Westside Hospital. As a nocturnist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) during nighttime shifts.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have ICU experience and be proficient in performing routine Critical Care procedures. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU during nighttime shifts
  • Perform routine Critical Care procedures such as central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
  • ICU experience required, Neuro and CV experience preferred
  • Ability to work Full Time, 15 shifts per month
  • 12-hour shifts, Nights Only, 7p-7a
