About the Role

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conducting thorough assessments and documenting resident progress
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of Washington
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous nursing experience, preferably in senior care
