Job Overview

i9 Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flag Football Official to join our team. As a critical role on any sports field, the Official is responsible for enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and advocating for the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce i9 Sports rules and ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
  • Keep time and score during games, manage instruction and competition levels, and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work weekends during the season.
  • Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
