MJHS Home Care offers a unique opportunity for occupational therapists to provide advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat patients, continually reevaluate and document their progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
  • Registered and licensed as an OT in NYS
  • Minimum of one-year experience in providing therapy treatments in a health care setting; Home Care experience highly preferred
  • Must be able to provide own transportation in order to make visits in assigned area(s); vehicle/drivers license may be required
