Key Responsibilities- Develop and Revise Training Materials: Utilize instructional system design and development methodology to create and update training materials, courses, and programs.
- Instructional Design and Delivery: Formulate teaching outlines, determine instructional methods, and select training aids to ensure effective training delivery.
- Training Program Management: Plan, develop, and support new and existing training programs, and make recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
- Training Support and Coordination: Coordinate activities related to training and training support, and identify resources necessary to accomplish program objectives.
- Training Development and Integration: Support the development, integration, implementation, and execution of training support missions, providing operational planning, coordination, and training support across multiple locations.
- Computer-Based Training and Support: Develop and propose creative methods and approaches to increase productivity through training initiatives, and support the planning, coordination, creation, and update of computer-based training products.
- Training Support and Technical Manual Activities: Support tasks related to training, including technical manual activities, validations, verifications, logistics demonstrations, and other related tasks.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant training manager experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 10 years of training manager experience.
- Clearance and Citizenship: Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance and be a US citizen to maintain a Secret Clearance.
