Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including trauma, critical care, and surgical patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- BSN or MSN degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
- Specialty certifications, such as CCRN or CNL, may be required for certain roles.
