Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our oral health team, you will provide top-notch patient care, including debridement, hand scaling, and regular cleanings. You will also educate patients on maintaining good oral health and provide personalized care to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral care services to patients, including debridement, hand scaling, and regular cleanings
• Develop and implement personalized oral health plans for patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify oral health needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest oral health research and best practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental support organization or similar setting
• Knowledge of oral health best practices and research
• Ability to connect with patients and build strong relationships
