Position Overview:
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining processes to boost operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the service center.
- Assess existing workflows, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and deploy innovative strategies to foster ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate across various departments including strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training, and quality assurance to ensure effective integration of process advancements.
- Exhibit a proven ability to influence stakeholders towards adopting new methodologies and practices.
- Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to guarantee uniformity in operations.
- Design, execute, evaluate, and enhance systems, tools, and workflows.
- Leverage data-driven methodologies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate data-informed decision-making across the entire service center portfolio.
- Offer technical guidance and support for resolving process-related challenges and executing corrective measures.
- Lead or assist in capital projects focused on process enhancements, equipment upgrades, and capacity growth.
- Understand relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in process design methodologies, tools, and software.
- Strong commitment to owning recommendations and their implementation.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving abilities, including the documentation of complex data sets for actionable insights.
- Capability to determine a course of action based on established guidelines and adapt processes and methods as necessary.
- High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, tailoring content to suit the audience.
- Capacity to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while upholding quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for the role.
- Over 5 years of experience in evaluating, optimizing, and designing processes.
