Salary: $15.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Program Coordinator at Dismas Charities. As a key member of our community-based adult re-entry programs, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their reintegration into society.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents' activities and ensure their safety and well-being within the facility and in the community.
- Assist with managing program services, including resident programming and support.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain high standards of health, safety, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.
- Provide general housekeeping and maintenance of the center, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
Requirements:
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies.
- Have one year of paid work experience.
