Automatic Products Corp is seeking a highly skilled CMM Operator to join our team in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure accurate and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure accurate measurements and inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand product specifications.
- Perform measurements and inspections on products using various tools and equipment.
- Ensure that products meet required specifications and standards.
- Create and maintain accurate records of measurements and inspections.
- Perform calibration and routine maintenance of Inspection Equipment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (Zeiss/Calypso preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
- Proficiency in using various measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
